where one-coach passenger trains mix with skips full of horse manure;
transported and tipped at the end of a special siding onto one big dung
pile. The square grey wagon shown towards the end is a hydraulic end
tipping wagon; the long coupling rail/bar enables the loco to propel
this to the very end of the siding without compromising the safety of

A silent film courtesy of 'Poathjunction'. 'During WW1 the allies needed to construct railways throughout France to help move men and supplies. The quickest method available was to construct a network of narrow gauge (60mm = 2 foot) train lines.
